The Lamborghini Miura Tribute is one of only 99 hybrid V12 Revueltos that will ever exist, celebrating 60 years of the original supercar.

Only 99 examples of the Lamborghini Revuelto Miura 60° Homage will be produced through the Ad Personam personalization program in collaboration with Lamborghini Centro Stile. The special series will make its public debut at Lamborghini Lounge Monterey during Monterey Car Week.

The Miura Changed the Shape of Performance

Introduced in 1966, the Miura placed its V12 engine behind the occupants at a time when most high-performance road cars still followed a front-engine formula. Its low roof, dramatic proportions and bodywork designed by Marcello Gandini at Bertone helped establish the visual template for the modern supercar.

The most powerful Miura produced 385 CV, approximately 380 horsepower, and could exceed 290 km/h, or 180 mph. Those numbers were extraordinary during the late 1960s, but the Miura’s influence went beyond speed. It made engineering look seductive and turned the exotic car into an object of popular culture.

Lamborghini is not pretending that the angular Revuelto resembles the curvaceous Miura. Instead, it uses historical colors and details to create a connection between two generations of mid-engine V12 flagships. That restraint keeps the tribute from becoming an expensive piece of automotive costume jewelry.

Nine Historic Colors Give the Revuelto a New Personality

Customers can select from nine colors inspired by shades historically available on the Miura: Rosso Arancio, Arancio, Giallo, Verde Scandal, Verde Metallic, Blu Tahiti, Blu Notte, Nero Noctis and Bianco Monocerus.

Two special liveries reproduce another recognizable Miura treatment by finishing the lower body in a contrasting color. The Oro Elios configuration includes Altanero Shiny Gold wheels, while the Grigio Nimbus treatment is paired with Altanero Matt Titanium Diamond wheels.

A dedicated Miura 60 emblem appears above the Revuelto script near the rear wheel arch. Lamborghini also applies a gloss black rear badge, gloss black brake calipers and matte black exhaust outlets. None of these changes alters the Revuelto’s basic bodywork, but together they soften its technical appearance and give the flagship a warmer, more nostalgic character.

The Interior Recreates a Memorable Miura Detail

The tribute continues inside, where Lamborghini’s Classica Trim seats reinterpret the distinctive “cannelloni” upholstery pattern found in the Miura. The heavily ribbed treatment provides a stronger historical connection than an anniversary badge alone.

Leather covers the center tunnel, door panels and rear bulkhead separating the cabin from the engine compartment. “Miura 60” embroidery appears between the seats, while a carbon-fiber plaque on the driver’s side carries the special-series designation.

Owners who already possess a historic Miura receive an especially personal option. If their original car wears a color combination outside the nine standard choices, Lamborghini’s Ad Personam team can recreate that specification on the new Revuelto. A matching pair from opposite ends of the Miura story may be the most compelling version of this project.

A Hybrid V12 Replaces the Original Mechanical Formula

The Revuelto’s shape may be modern, but Lamborghini has preserved the ingredient that matters most: a naturally aspirated V12 engine. Its 6.5-liter V12 works with three electric motors and a lithium-ion battery to produce 1,015 CV, equivalent to approximately 1,001 horsepower.

Lamborghini quotes 807 Nm, or about 595 pound-feet, along with acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. Top speed exceeds 350 km/h, or 217 mph. The original Miura needed approximately 5.5 seconds to reach 100 km/h in its most powerful form, illustrating how far the supercar has progressed in six decades.

Electrification supports performance rather than turning the Revuelto into an economy car. Lamborghini’s official WLTP figures list combined fuel consumption of 15 liters per 100 kilometers and carbon-dioxide emissions of 350 grams per kilometer. The battery and motors provide acceleration, all-wheel drive and torque management, not an environmentally virtuous personality transplant.

Rarity Is Part of the Product

Lamborghini has not announced pricing, regional allocations or delivery timing for the Miura 60° Homage. The standard Revuelto already occupies rarefied territory, so the limited production, historical specifications and Ad Personam work will almost certainly command a substantial premium.

The company is selling more than paint and upholstery. It is offering provenance that begins the moment each car is ordered. With only 99 examples planned, individual specifications will matter enormously to future collectors. A carefully configured car tied to an original Miura could become more desirable than an example ordered simply in the loudest available combination.

The Right Tribute at the Right Event

Monterey is a fitting place to introduce the car. Lamborghini is also planning a gathering of more than 40 historic Miuras at the 2026 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, creating a direct encounter between the original supercar and its electrified descendant.

The Lamborghini Revuelto Miura 60° Homage succeeds because it does not attempt to replace or recreate the Miura. It acknowledges that the original remains untouchable, then uses color, craftsmanship and a screaming V12 to show that its influence is still alive 60 years later.
