2021 SEMA Show: Custom Ford Broncos Headed to Vegas

At the 2021 SEMA show in Las Vegas from November 2–5, Ford will showcase its Bronco brand with six custom vehicles based on Bronco 2-Door, Bronco 4-Door and Bronco Sport. Not open to the public, the annual SEMA trade show features a tremendous array of specialty parts and accessories for vehicle customization. For the 2021 show, BDS Suspensions created this ultimate fire truck based on the 2021 Bronco 2-Door Black Diamond, which includes a modified half-truck hardtop as well as a BDS 4-inch UCA System with Fox 2.5 PES coilovers, BDS rear adjustable control arms and track bar, a sway bar disconnect and 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 tires. CrawlTek Revolution bumpers include recessed winch mounts, WARN Industries ZEON 10 winches front and rear, replete with recovery hooks and a belly skid up front, as well as a winch mount and recovery hooks in back.

For the 2021 SEMA show, Ford Performance Driver Vaughn Gittin Jr. created this Bronco RTR Fun-Runner based on a 2021 Bronco 2-Door Badlands. The Bronco features custom RTR and Ford Licensed Accessories including a sound bar, doorsill plates and a sport exhaust with twin black chrome tips. The Bronco RTR Fun-Runner also features an Ultimate Dana 44 FDU front axle, a long-travel spec Ultimate Dana 60 semi-float rear axle, RCV Performance CV axles and a performance intake system. Suspension upgrades include Fox Performance Elite 2.5 coilovers, an off-road long-travel suspension kit and RTR Tech 6 forged bead-lock wheels with 37-inch off-road tires.

Tucci Hot Rods will show a quad-track snow adventure vehicle at the 2021 SEMA show, based on a 2021 4-Door Badlands series Bronco. Powered by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine mated with a 7-speed manual transmission, the Tucci Bronco features Mattracks 88-Series quad tracks and retractable running boards for easy entry and exit. The build features a Ford Licensed Accessories swing gate storage, a flat snowboard rack and Yakima LockNLoad platform roof rack system. Lighting gets upgraded with a Rigid Light Shop Adapt Light Bar, Radiance Pods and a Rock Light Kit. Up front sits a WARN Industries ZEON 10s winch for extrication from tight off-road situations.

A veteran SEMA builder and founder of BAJA FORGED Parts, Theresa Contreras has produced a custom Bronco build for the 2021 SEMA show based on the 4-Door Bronco Outer Banks that combines off-road equipment with modern amenities such as an onboard refrigerator, a JBL sound bar, an interior organizer, as well as an underfloor safe and cargo organizer. Featuring BAJA FORGED bumpers front and rear, BAJA FORGED fender flares and spare tire carrier, this custom Bronco’s suspension is upgraded with an ICON Vehicle Dynamics 3.0 suspension lift kit.

Created by Sara Morosan, co-owner of LGE-CTS Motorsports, this 2021 Bronco Sport Badlands is upgraded with Ford Performance Parts including a 2-inch suspension lift kit, rock sliders, off-road rock lights and fender flares. A Borla cat-back performance exhaust improves the performance of the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine. Suspension upgrades include an ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension system combined with front and rear sway bars from Hellwig Suspension Products. This BAJA FORGED Bronco Sport adds Rigid Light Shop LED lighting, BAJA FORGED front and rear tubular bumpers, as well as a Ford Performance Parts roof-mounted light bar and a WARN Industries VR EVO winch.

The final custom Bronco for the 2021 SEMA show comes courtesy of air intake and exhaust specialist CGS Performance Products. The vehicle is based on a 2021 Bronco Sport Badlands with a CGS Performance Products cold air intake and a black ceramic coated cat-back exhaust. Interior modifications include seat covers and a rear-seat vault, while exterior upgrades feature Reserve Forged wheels, 17-inch Toyo Open Country A/T III all-terrain tires, Air Design fender flares, an Air Design rear spoiler, Rigid Light Shop A-pillar LED lights, Rigid Light Shop rock lights and custom paint by Flyin’ Irons Designs.
